Sometimes it makes sense to have calls using an existing videoconferencing provider rather switching to Jargon. Don't worry, Jargon has you covered!

We work with an ever-growing list of web-based videoconferencing sites to provide our intelligence and reporting layers as an add-on to their core functionality. You'll still get transcripts, reactions, screen share images and more. 

To get started, make sure you've installed our Chrome Extension from this link: You should see the extension next to the address bar:

When you click on the ( j ) icon, you should be prompted to Log In. If you don't have a free Jargon account, now is a great time to create one. After you log in, you will see a list of compatible providers. As of this writing, we are compatible with Google Hangouts, Google Meet, GoToMeeting and Appear.In, with more on the way.

You may also click on to the "Recent" tab in order to see prior calls and their processing status. Reports are generated a few minutes after the end of each call. For compatible providers, call recording is automatic. Here's a quick overview video to help you with the flow.
